In search of the best terroir, I sought to source from California's most historically significant vineyard on the north edge of the Russian River Valley. Old vine elegance, cool-climate structure, and Russian River richness make this an excellent representation of California Chardonnay.

On the nose, lemon preserve, honeydew melon, flint, and sea salt. On the palate, immediate vibrance from acid followed by pears, melon, and sweet oyster brine. Texturally, the chardonnay has vibrant acidity followed by saline texture and sweetness on the finish.
