2024 Albariño
2024 Sonoma Valley Albariño harvested on September 6, 2024.
On the nose, slight brioche, lemon preserves, and sea salt.
On the palate, saline, citrus blossoms, honeysuckle, and Bartlet pear. Texturally, acid driven with a consistent minerality. Around 1g/l of sugar remains making this an excellent pairing with spicy foods.
Made with organic grapes.
