2024 Godello
Sonoma Valley
Fermented with naturally occurring yeasts, the fruit from this vineyard has been farmed organically using regenerative/no-till practices.

Partial Malolactic fermentation took place and the wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered with Sulfur used to protect wine stability and premature oxidation.
Tasting notes:
Key lime, lemon rind, and oolong tea are the dominant notes here. Texturally, the wine is crisp with saline weight and a lightly waxy finish.
