A heavy foot tread followed by 6 hours of skin contact gives this wine a light pink hue. Fermented and aged partially in stainless steel and neutral oak barrels for 3 years this wine is clean and fresh with the ability to age.
 
From the skin we extracted aromas of lemon rind, peach fuzz, and brioche; on the palate we are taken back to fresh watermelon in the summertime and fruit juice pop-sicles melting by the poolside. Drink slightly chilled now or in 10 years.
